Preply boasts the largest and most diverse tutor base across online learning platforms, and our tutors play a pivotal role in achieving our mission of unlocking human potential through learning. As part of the Supply Growth team, you'll implement and manage the acquisition strategies to bring qualified tutors onto the marketplace, building scalable processes and driving company-wide growth alongside Marketing, Expansion, Product, Sales, Legal, and more.
About the role Preply is expanding beyond language learning into new tutor categories, and we're building out the Supply Growth team's acquisition capabilities. We're looking for a Senior Supply Acquisition Specialist to lead the full tutor acquisition pillar, end-to-end.
You'll join the Supply Growth team, which oversees tutor acquisition, tutor content, early success, and tutor growth. As the ultimate acquisition owner, you'll report directly to the Supply Growth Lead, and work cross-functionally with Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, Legal, and more, to build acquisition engines that scale.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build channels from the ground up in a fast-moving, still-forming space, with a growth mindset of always testing, learning, and scaling.
Monitor SEM and paid social (Meta, TikTok,



and others) campaign performance for tutor acquisition, partnering closely with the Marketing teams that run each channel to shape iterations and troubleshoot underperformance.
Partner with Marketing's SEO and CRM teams to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion (contact flows, lead scoring, reporting).
Own job board strategy and execution end-to-end across LinkedIn and other boards: sourcing, postings, relationships, performance tracking.
Continuously identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships (e.g. referrals, affiliate) with no existing playbook to build from.
Define and evolve the acquisition KPI/reporting framework, including metrics like ATAC, Conversion Rate, ROI, etc. And use that data to guide budget and channel-mix decisions across partnered and owned channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, Legal, and others), and create playbooks for future scaling.
5+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing or demand generation with real, hands-on budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social).
~ Fluency with a CRM and funnel math (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) strong enough to build a KPI framework, not just report on one.
~ Comfortable with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets minimum, SQL or a BI tool a strong plus), since this role owns its own reporting.

Previous (supply-side) marketplace acquisition experience, and experience in the affiliate or partnership space, including recruiting partners and optimizing performance across various models.





Grow the qualified tutor supply volume for the target subjects, and improve or maintain cost per acquired tutor (CAC) across the channels, run in partnership with Marketing & CRM (SEM, Meta, SEO, CRM, Affiliate).
Launch and validate 2-3 new acquisition channels owned end-to-end within Supply Growth, such as job boards, partnerships or other new channel pilots.
Build acquisition processes and channel playbooks that are ready to extend into language-subject supply as that scope expands.
Define the initial KPI set for acquisition and stand up a clear reporting and performance-tracking framework, professionalizing measurement across both partnered and owned channels.
Establish yourself as the go-to acquisition partner across Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, Legal, and more; aligning acquisition strategy with broader Supply Growth priorities.
