Overview

As Product Lead, you will build and scale the enterprise product vertical within Impact Studios, shaping a compelling value proposition and delivery framework. You’ll own end-to-end client engagements, drive strategic growth with sales, and lead a cross-functional team of consultants and GenAI experts. You’ll implement repeatable methodologies and playbooks to deliver measurable business impact for enterprise clients. This role combines strategy, delivery excellence, and hands-on project leadership in a fast-growing tech consultancy environment.

Responsabilidades

- Shape and evolve the Product Vertical offering, including service structure, tech stack, delivery formats, playbooks, and reusable tools
- Lead end-to-end client engagements from opportunity framing to MVP deployment
- Drive commercial growth by partnering with Sales to identify, pitch, and win projects
- Build, recruit, and lead a high-performing team of consultants and LowCode/GenAI experts; set delivery standards




- Manage delivery of up to 3 projects in parallel; sponsor and be the client point of contact; ensure delivery quality and budget
- Define project scope, select methodologies and tooling, and enable knowledge transfer within the team
- Support sales operations, forecast reporting, CRM, and participate in strategic initiatives in extended leadership
- Contribute to creating 5 core service offerings and deliver projects with strong NPS outcomes

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or business building
- Proven success in building service offerings or verticals in an innovation-driven context
- Strong exposure to AI, automation, and digital product conception, development, and innovation
- Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability across end-to-end consulting processes
- Ability to translate technology into commercial impact and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus
