Rather than simply advising, you’ll design, build, and ship practical agentic workflows tailored to real data, systems, and business needs.
You’ll work with MCPs, agent frameworks, skills, and tool-using LLMs to solve meaningful customer problems.
The role combines hands-on engineering with customer collaboration, technical enablement, workshops, and occasional pre-sales support.
Your experience with customers will also influence the evolution of the underlying platform by feeding valuable patterns and product gaps back to the engineering team.

Accountabilities

Partner directly with customers as an embedded technical expert, taking ownership of designing, building, and deploying practical agentic solutions.

Quickly understand new industries, business domains, customer data, technical environments, and desired outcomes.

Identify AI and agentic workflows that can deliver measurable and realistic business value.

Design and build proof-of-concepts and production-ready solutions using MCPs, skills, agent frameworks, tool-using LLMs, and the agent platform.

Tailor agentic workflows to customer-specific data, systems, and operational requirements.

Help customer engineering teams understand, adopt, extend, and ultimately take ownership of the solutions delivered.
