About the Role

We are looking for a creative, well-organized, and hands-on Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our marketing activities and give our brand a strong, consistent voice in the SAP HR market.

This is a broad, generalist role where you will have the opportunity to shape our marketing across content, social media, employer branding, events, and campaigns. Rather than focusing on a single channel,



you will bring ideas to life across different formats and touchpoints and help build our marketing activities from the ground up.

As an international company headquartered in Germany with an office in Granada, you will work closely with colleagues across different countries on a daily basis. Excellent English communication skills are essential, while German is a strong advantage.

You don't need to have specific knoweledge in SAP. What matters most is that you enjoy creative, greenfield work, are comfortable taking ownership, have a structured and proactive mindset, and are eager to learn. We will provide a comprehensive onboarding and support you in developing the technical understanding you need to get up to speed with our business.

Your Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram and our blog.
