Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the International Mobility team in the coordination and administration of international assignments and relocations, gaining hands-on experience in a integral HR environment.

What your responsibilities will be
- Support the coordination and follow-up of international mobility cases.
- Assist with mobility documentation, employee communications and case tracking.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers involved in relocation, immigration, labor, payroll, tax and social security matters.
- Support assignees and relocating employees throughout different stages of their mobility journey, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Maintain mobility data, trackers and employee information up to date.
- Support reporting, payroll coordination, cost tracking and invoice follow-up.
- Assist with the maintenance of mobility processes, templates and guidelines.
- Support the team in International Mobility projects and ad hoc activities.
