Juniper Group is looking for a sophisticated, self-disciplined and ambitious M&A; Origination Manager to identify, qualify and build relationships with high-quality software companies across Iberia and Latin America (based in Madrid). This is a high-impact, front-line origination role, well suited to ambitious, commercially minded professionals with 2-5 years of experience in M&A; Origination, Investment Banking, Equity Sales, Equity Research, Investor Relations, or Business Development who are looking to focus on origination, taking ownership of relationship-building and deal sourcing from day one.





The role requires someone with genuine curiosity for a variety of sectors, strong commercial judgement, and the maturity to engage thoughtfully with founders and owners while driving market mapping, outbound outreach, early qualification and pipeline development for the long-term.

3. Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

o Identify and grow a pipeline of vertical software companies across Iberia and Latam, spanning various sectors, including but not limited to fintech, oil & gas, healthcare and the public sector that fit Juniper Group’s acquisition criteria

o Contact founders, owners and C-Suite leaders through calls, email, LinkedIn and industry events

o Assess target companies by business model, product fit, customer base, ownership, financial profile and strategic relevance

o Prepare concise target summaries, founder meeting notes and market insights for Juniper Group’s M&A; and operatin
