Algofy is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Email Marketing Manager
with a strong combination of
email marketing strategy and hands-on technical expertise
. This person should be comfortable owning email strategy across multiple client accounts while also working directly within
Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms
to build, optimize, troubleshoot, and improve campaigns and automated flows.

The idóneo candidate has at least
3 years of hands-on experience working directly in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
, understands the technical side of email marketing, and can translate performance data into strategic recommendations that drive retention, engagement, and revenue.

Your Role at Algofy

You will take ownership of email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across multiple client accounts. You’ll be expected to understand each client’s business goals, identify opportunities within their email program, and develop strategies to improve performance.

This role requires someone who can move comfortably between




high-level strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution
. You’ll work directly within Klaviyo, audit accounts, build and optimize campaigns and flows, analyze performance, troubleshoot technical and deliverability issues, and communicate recommendations clearly to clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, account teams, and other specialists to ensure each client’s email program is strategically aligned, technically sound, and continuously improving.
