Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the Linings and Pipe Coatings product portfolio globally, shaping strategy and lifecycle plans to enable sustainable growth. You’ll partner with a broad network of cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align market and product strategies with segment aims. You will lead product launches, demand planning, and solution packages, translating customer needs into compelling value propositions. This position offers meaningful impact through influencing strategic decisions and advancing the organization’s mission of sustainability.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years in the chemical industry within an international organization
• Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline
• Proven experience leading product optimization, launches, and/or development projects
• Experience on global-scale projects (advantageous)
• Experience in coatings, particularly tank linings/pipe coatings (beneficial)
• Strong understanding of customer needs in storage tank and pipeline industries
• Independent, accountable work style with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
