We are looking for a Chatbot & Agentic AI Developer to drive the evolution of our chatbot, conversational AI solutions, and automation initiatives based on agentic architectures.

The goal is to build scalable solutions that enable the integration, orchestration, and continuous evolution of AI capabilities (chatbots, workflows, tools, and agents) within a unified ecosystem.

? Language: English and Spanish

? Location: FULL REMOTE (Spain)

⌚ Timetable: adaptable.

Technical Expertise:

- Proven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions.
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.
- Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure services (Azure AI Search, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory)
- Monitoring and observability services
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus.
