Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
~7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 3-5 years in a lead or senior role
~ Proven track record of successfully leading the delivery of complex software projects
~ Experience in managing and mentoring a team of software engineers





JavaScript/TypeScript development (Node.js) for the backend
Github / DevOps experience
Competence in monitoring resources on Azure
Terraform and/or Bicep for automatic infra deployment
Expertise in software design patterns, architecture principles, and development methodologies
Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Git, CI/CD)
Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques
