In this role, you will oversee projects spanning Salesforce org simplification, system consolidation, third-party integration rationalization, and digital communication platforms. you will own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives, technology strategy, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects, including org simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization.
- Manage initiatives focused on simplifying Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and reducing application landscape complexity.
- Drive continuous enhancements to digital communication platforms and related business capabilities.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors.
