Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and evolution of modern data platforms and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead data engineering and platform initiatives.
• Define data architecture standards and best practices.
• Mentor and support technical teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Architecture.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English: Professional level.
