Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid is looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our People Operations Hub. You will play a key role in compensation, grading, benefits, reporting, and HR governance, supporting People Consultants and business stakeholders with data-driven insights and compensation-related decision-making. This position combines strong analytical work, business partnering, and process improvement to ensure fair, competitive, and compliant compensation practices.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert support on compensation policies, grading, bonus schemes, and benefits programs.
- Manage compensation reporting, KPIs, controls, and data analysis.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market competitiveness studies.
- Support job evaluation, role leveling, and grading processes.
- Prepare compensation proposals for annual reviews and individual cases.
- Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to provide compensation insights and recommendations.




- Deliver second-level support for complex compensation-related queries.

✅ What We're Looking For

Professional Experience

- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, or a similar HR specialist function.
- Strong experience managing and analyzing large data sets.
- Experience with SAP environments; Workday knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in international and/or matrix organizations is desirable.

- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Advanced reporting and presentation capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
