Construction Site Manager | Marbella, Spain A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Marbella and ensure their successful delivery from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise construction works throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction teams
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines and progress
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
- Control materials, documentation and construction processes
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers and suppliers
- Identify and resolve issues arising during construction

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects,



preferably in residential construction or townhouse developments
- Fluent Spanish — mandatory
- Fluent English or Russian — mandatory
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
- AutoCAD knowledge
- Valid Category B driving licence
