About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth team, with a particular focus on optimizing onboarding and trial experiences.

In this role, you will design, build, and continuously improve key product journeys that drive user activation, feature adoption, and trial conversion. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Data to identify friction points, test new ideas, and turn user insights into intuitive product experiences.
