Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape Siri’s Arabic experience by leading end-to-end ML and GenAI initiatives that scale across languages and markets. You’ll work across ML, data, and software, delivering culturally aware, high-quality user experiences. You will act as the technical anchor for the Arabic market, driving large-scale ML/GenAI solutions and collaborating with partner teams to ensure Siri feels native to Arabic users. You’ll apply cutting-edge models and data generation to real-world problems at scale.

• Lead design and implementation of large-scale ML and GenAI solutions for the Arabic market
• Serve as technical anchor for Arabic initiatives and coordinate cross-team work streams
• Apply LLMs, agentic systems, and retrieval-augmented generation to real-world tasks

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience with large language models: fine-tuning, prompt/context engineering, evaluation, inference optimization
• Experience with speech technologies (ASR, TTS, pronunciation modeling)
• Experience adapting models across languages and markets (multilingual/cross-lingual, transfer learning, low-resource)
• Ability to formulate research problems, design experiments, implement solutions and communicate results
• Product-focused mindset with emphasis on end-user experience
• Proficient in Python, Swift, Objective-C, C++ or C; Apple platforms preferred
• M.S in Computer Science or Ph.D. in related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Professional fluency in Arabic and deep cultural familiarity
• Strong software design and production-level coding across paradigms, with testing/maintainability
• Experience with data at scale, dataset creation/curation, data-driven decision making
