Chery Spain R&D; Center is Chery Automobile’s regional R&D; Center in Europe and a key part of its global strategy. The center focuses on European adaptation and validation, plant technical support, localized component development, quality issue analysis, connected vehicle operations, and FL vehicle development, while continuously strengthening its capabilities in product definition, validation, technical coordination, and project support. With the capability to independently develop large FL models for global markets, it plays a vital role in Chery’s general R&D; network and is committed to delivering competitive solutions for both European and international markets.

What You'll Do

- Welcome visitors, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders as the first point of contact for the company.
- Manage visitor registration processes, access cards, and access control procedures.
- Receive and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for use.
- Support office hospitality services and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Assist with workplace health & safety procedures and facility-related activities.
- Support vehicle parking and charging coordination for test vehicles.
- Maintain reception and common areas to the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
- Provide support in cross-functional and ad-hoc administrative projects.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Office Assistant, or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and hospitality mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
