As an Analyst in our Real Estate Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of M&A;,



Debt Advisory and Capital Raising (Equity and Debt) transactions. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing client presentations, and contributing to the overall deal process. This role provides an opportunity to work directly with senior bankers, clients and external advisors in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and trading/transaction comparable analyses.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, valuation metrics and key industry trends.
- Lead the preparation of client presentations, investment memorandums and marketing materials.
- Support the execution of live transactions, including process management, due diligence, negotiations and deal structuring.
- Assist in the origination and development of new business opportunities by conducting market and company research.
