Role Overview
We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to build a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners. You will recruit, enable, and grow a network of partners who build, integrate, and deliver innovative experiences on top of the Modern Relay platform. You’ll create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with key partners to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. This role is adecuado for someone who combines strong partner management experience with a technical, solutions-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Build and own the partnership solutions strategy, including segmentation, target partner profiles, and coverage model
- Recruit and onboard solution partners (consultancies, product agencies and more) that can implement and extend Modern Relay for customers
- Develop joint GTM plans with priority partners, including co-selling motions, lead sharing, events, and account mapping
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue by creating repeatable motions and holding partners accountable to shared goals
- Establish partner program operating rhythms: QBRs, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with Sales to support co-selling, deal strategy, and partner-led implementations
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure partners can successfully build and deploy on the platfo
