Strategic
Business Partnership & Executive Steering: You act as a trusted strategic co-pilot to the
Managing Director and Group Finance, shaping business strategy, steering rapid
growth, and establishing robust financial governance.

Comprehensive
Performance Steering: You oversee all strategic controlling activities, designing scalable
budgeting, forecasting, and margin-steering frameworks across all collections
and channels

Infrastructure
& Operational Scaling: You design, build, and oversee the financial operations, financial IT
systems, and governance infrastructure required to seamlessly manage a scaling
volume.

Process
Architecture & Greenfield Development: You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
