As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will lead regional marketing strategy and execution across a high-growth European market, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and new-logo acquisition. You will partner closely with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to translate ambitious growth objectives into integrated, measurable marketing programs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across enterprise accounts, verticals, and targeted use cases. You will develop multi-touch programs designed to increase brand awareness, deepen engagement, and generate qualified pipeline. You will also manage a Field Marketing Specialist, helping build a high-performing regional marketing function. Working across regional and integral teams, you will use data, market insights, and campaign performance to continuously refine the go-to-market approach.



This is a remote role with regular collaboration and approximately 30% travel across the region and internationally.

Accountabilities
- Partner with regional sales leadership and senior field marketing stakeholders to develop and execute a strategic go-to-market approach focused on regional growth, pipeline generation, and new-customer acquisition.
- Build and deliver an integrated regional marketing plan aligned with sales priorities, business objectives, target accounts, and measurable pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies or vendors to bring regional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Own day-to-day delivery of the regional marketing plan, ensuring campaigns and programs achieve agreed performance metrics.
