As a Business/Process Analyst, you will help shape how a fast-growing fashion-tech business operates across its end-to-end product lifecycle.
You will map complex business processes, clarify rules and dependencies, and turn business knowledge into practical, reusable documentation.
The role sits at the intersection of business operations, data, technology, and process automation.
You will work closely with process owners and technical teams to redesign workflows and translate them into scalable solutions.
AI will be an integral part of your toolkit, helping accelerate analysis, documentation, knowledge management, and process optimisation.
You will continuously refine requirements and business logic as solutions are developed and tested.

Map business processes end to end, from initial triggers and inputs through final outcomes, responsibilities, and ownership.

Break complex processes into clear steps, decision points, business rules, data requirements, systems, dependencies, and edge cases.

Identify relationships and dependencies between business processes and the systems supporting them.

Convert process knowledge into clear, structured, reusable documentation and maintain a consistent company knowledge base.

Identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, optimise, or automate existing processes.

Analyse the potential impact of proposed improvements, including time savings, reduced manual work, fewer errors, and lower operating costs.
