We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong Quality & Food Safety, operational or technical background, a good understanding of manufacturing environments,



and hands-on experience gained in beverage production, to drive the Q&FS; agenda across PepsiCo’s European franchise beverage manufacturing network, covering 45+ bottling sites.

This is a highly autonomous and diverse role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across a broad European manufacturing network. You will work closely with senior leaders, experience different markets and manufacturing environments, and travel internationally while building a strong cross-functional network across PepsiCo and its franchise partners.

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in Quality, Food Safety, Manufacturing, Technical Services within beverage manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, AIB and audit programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into practical business solutions.
