The Digital Marketing Graduate supports the day-to-day execution of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across Social Media, Email Marketing and Website .

Working closely with the Marketing Content Lead and Marketing Manager, the role is responsible for turning campaign content and assets into high-quality,



channel-ready executions. This is a hands-on role for a curious, proactive and digitally savvy person who is passionate about marketing, learns quickly and is excited about using AI to work smarter and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Execution
- Execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms, following the agreed campaign strategy, messaging and content calendar.
- Adapt copy and creative assets to each social channel and format.
- Prepare, publish and schedule social media content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all assets, links, tags and formats are correctly implemented before publication.
- Support the adaptation and repurposing of campaign content for social channels.
- Monitor published content and flag issues or opportunities for improvement.

2. Email Marketing Execution
- Build and execute email campaigns based on approved content, messaging and tar
