What you'll do

- Contributing to the planning, drafting and delivery of engaging internal communications content, including newsletters, intranet updates and corporate announcements.
- Working closely with different departments to gather information, understand business priorities and translate them into clear, employee-focused messages.
- Supporting the coordination and publication of content across internal channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with the company’s tone of voice.
- Helping monitor the performance of internal communication initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve reach, engagement and impact.
- Providing operational support for internal communication tools,



platforms and generic communication mailboxes.
- Assisting with the creation of visual and audiovisual content, applying basic graphic design and video editing skills where required.
- Supporting the preparation of departmental reports, presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to the organisation and communication of corporate events, such as year-end events, town halls, workshops and other employee engagement initiatives.
