Residence Manager | Hospitality

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Residence Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the establishment.
- Ensure a consistently high level of personalised and discreet service.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, catering, and other household services.
- Manage and coordinate external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Supervise, support, and motivate the team.
- Coordinate staff schedules, daily tasks, and operational requirements.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
- Manage residents’ and guests’ requests, enquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, events, special occasions, and personalised requests.
- Assist with travel arrangements, transportation, reservations, and other lifestyle requirements when needed.
- Monitor household inventory, purchasing, and supplies.
- Manage budgets, expenses, invoices, and operational costs where required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and household procedures.




- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding residents, guests, and the household.
- Anticipate residents’ needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, suppliers, and trusted service providers.
- Support the Principal and/or Family Office with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Be available to respond to urgent situations and operational matters when required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private residences, hotel management, guest relations, or a similar high-end service environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and attention to detail.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are highly valued.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and availability when required.
