What We're Looking For

The SaaS Implementation Consultant supports software implementation and integration projects, helping translate client business requirements into technical and functional solutions and contributing to successful project delivery and client transition to Support.

Principal Responsibilities
- Support implementation and integration activities for client projects.
- Assist in translating business requirements into technical and functional solution needs.




- Develop and maintain project documentation with guidance from senior team members.
- Build and support integration components within Statement of Work specifications.
- Participate in technical workshops, client meetings, and implementation activities.
- Assist with multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of integrations and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support project delivery.
- Communicate project updates and technical information internally and externally.
- Support successful client transition from Implementation to Support.
- Track project activities and support timelines, reporting, and project controls.
