Experteer Overview
As Head of Industrial Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain for leather goods manufacturing, driving efficiency and on-time production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement, planning, production, and logistics with demand and luxury-quality standards. You’ll optimize raw materials flow, inventory, and vendor network while shaping the integral capacity strategy. This role offers impact through strategic oversight in a world-class luxury house and opportunities to influence delivery performance and product launches.

• Optimize inventory to minimize leftovers and sustain production flow
• Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce lead times in the luxury sector
• Participate in Su0026OP meetings and help define the global capacity strategy

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Engineering)
• 10–15 years in supply chain management with leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan); familiarity with BI tools like Power BI
