Senior Sales Manager with Deep Knowledge of the Justice Sector (over 15 years of experience). Wide experience leading the client transformation process in the IT environment. Responsibility over Spain Justice Sector Business Area.

Focus on innovative IT enabling technologies: IA, cybersecurity, application transformation, integration, cloud orchestration…. NO PRODUCT deep knowledge required.

His / her responsibility is to secure Justice Sector revenue in Spain and close complex sales opportunities, retaining customers base and bringing new deals through strong leadership of the existing team to ensure competitive strategy in an environment of deep transformation for this Sector. Highly valuable ability to bring, manage and close Big Deals (>5M€).

Key accountabilities: Revenue,



Gross margin and OPPL of Justice Sector Area of responsibility. Customer relationship / High level relationships. Forecasting, sales planning, Sales Systems & process management. Reporting to Top Management both Spanish and English. High awareness and reputation in Public Sector, participation in roundtables, events, and lectures.

Education: University degree or equivalent education.

Sales leadership experience in Justice Administration sector verifiable.

Demonstrated Track record in sales, team leadership. High market reputation and profound knowledge of current Justice Sector challenges

English is a must/ negotiation Skills / Industry Knowledge/ Excellent relationships and leadership skills/Strong Reputation/ High Credibility
