Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Management Consultant (automotive sector) to join our team. This role involves supporting clients and partners in analyzing and optimizing business processes to ensure profitability and efficiency. The idóneo candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of management and finance, and advanced Excel expertise for data modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Assist in defining and implementing profitability and efficiency strategies.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dealers, clients, and internal teams.
- Participate in consulting projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Work proactively in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Management, Economics, Business Studies, or related fields.

Experience: Previous experience in consulting, management,



or financial analysis (preferably in the automotive sector).

Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills (models, formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Good knowledge of MS Office at user level.

Soft Skills:
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (dealers and senior management).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility and proactivity.

Languages:
- Portuguese: Native
- English: Good level (spoken and written)
- Spanish: Good level (spoken and written)
