The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (all genders), you will drive the growth of Lucanet's cross-sell business by building and running the pipeline that fuels our Account Management team's success. You'll be one of the main engines behind our cross-sell expansion, turning prospecting activity into qualified, high-value opportunities. You'll work closely with our Sales team, prospecting inbound and outbound leads and qualifying cross-sell interest across our customer base. What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, email, and social selling.
- Build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to uncover needs and qualify genuine interest.
- Run a high-velocity pipeline, moving qualified opportunities through to the Account Management team.




- Arrange product demos for cross-sell opportunities and coordinate a smooth handover to Account Managers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lucanet in every customer conversation.
- Partner with the Account Management team to align on shared pipeline goals and targets.

You have:
- Completed your studies and/or gained experience in a fast-paced environment, and you're ready to start your career in sales, inside sales, or sales development.
- A confident, persuasive communication style that builds trust quickly, including with senior stakeholders.
- Strong listening skills, able to identify a prospect's needs a step ahead of them.
- High organization, curiosity, and a target-driven mindset, comfortable picking up the phone with new people daily.
- Business fluent in Dutch and English.

- Interest in or exposure to SaaS or CPM (Corporate Performance Management) platforms.
