Dutch Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona or Valencia, Spain

Salary: €20,000 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Are you looking for a new opportunity in Spain with an international company? We are currently hiring Customer Service Sales Representatives to join a dynamic international project based in Barcelona or Valencia.

What You’ll Do
- Provide professional customer service through the appropriate communication channels
- Assist customers with product and service enquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Support customers throughout the purchasing process
- Manage sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally




- Build strong relationships with customers
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent Dutch
- Good level of English
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and commercially minded approach
- Good problem-solving skills
- Interest in technology and consumer products
- Based in Barcelona or Valencia, or willing to relocate independently
- Availability to start ASAP
