As a Software Engineer at Emburse, you will help build an AI-powered platform that modernizes finance operations and increases visibility across enterprises. You will work within a cross-functional R&D; team to deliver scalable web applications, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to system design and documentation. Responsabilidades

- Develop sophisticated software with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior developers and potentially lead small to moderate projects
- Contribute to API documentation and technical knowledge base
- Participate in design sessions and perform advanced refactoring
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality during SDLC and releases
- Fix complex bugs and perform advanced debugging

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python experience in distributed web apps (microservices, APIs, DB integration, queues, caches, containers, serverless)
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud platforms
- Proficiency in OS X and Linux
- Experience designing/building JSON/REST APIs
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum)
- Experience with 3rd party APIs and integration architectures
- Experience with large-scale or distributed web applications
