As Digital Sales District Manager at ADP, you will introduce prospective clients to ADP’s leading HR solutions and guidance, mainly via phone. You’ll build relationships with a range of businesses, from Fortune 100 to small enterprises, aiming to win new business and grow the client base. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align ADP products with client needs, driving sustained revenue and career growth within a supportive, goal-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

- Drive sales performance by reaching and exceeding quotas
- Convert prospects into clients through outbound calling and discovery of business needs
- Cross-sell within existing accounts by highlighting ADP solutions




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Identify opportunities to expand ADP product adoption across accounts
- Represent ADP in a professional manner to Fortune 100 and smaller businesses
- Maintain organized sales activity and pipeline management to meet targets

Requisitos principales

- Sales aptitude with xkdbapo closing skills
- Outbound/outbound prospecting experience
- Fluent in English
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting monthly/yearly quotas
- Strong time management and organizational skills
