As a Principal Technical Product Engineer in the Cortex group, you will lead as a senior technical practitioner and trusted advisor, shaping Cortex strategy and driving cross-functional collaboration. You translate complex customer and business needs into product direction, mentor engineers, and influence the roadmap for cloud-native security operations. You will work with executives and teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to deliver scalable, secure Cortex solutions. This role offers high-impact work at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on leadership and enablement.

• Define technical strategy for cross-functional initiatives with PM, Engineering, Sales, and customers
• Act as primary technical voice to executive leadership on Cortex architecture, deployment, and security strategy
• Influence product strategy and roadmap by translating customer problems into clear requirements

• Proven ability to inspire and influence teams and executives
• Deep cybersecurity and cloud technical expertise with direction-setting capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing multiple enterprise customers
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise practitioners to C-level audiences
• Collaborative leadership with a bias for scalable, repeatable solutions
• Strong affinity for technology and emerging areas like AI Security and Agentic AI
• Solid work ethic, integrity, and organizational discipline
• Experience with strategic enterprise customers and major cloud providers
• Background in SOAR, XSIAM, XDR, CNAPP technologies and securing modern cloud platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive-level presentation skills
