Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Fund Strategy Specialist (Remote, Spain) to support research, strategic analysis, fund opportunities, portfolio frameworks, and investment-focused initiatives across the Web3 and digital asset ecosystem.

This role is designed for an analytical professional with a strong understanding of crypto markets and emerging blockchain technologies. You will evaluate Web3 investment opportunities, analyze market and ecosystem trends, contribute to fund and portfolio strategies,



and develop research that supports informed decision-making across digital asset markets.

Responsibilities

• Research Web3 funds, digital assets, blockchain startups, protocols, and emerging investment opportunities

• Analyze crypto market trends, token fundamentals, tokenomics, liquidity, adoption, and ecosystem growth

• Support the development of Web3 fund strategies, portfolio frameworks, and asset allocation models

• Evaluate investment opportunities across DeFi, Layer 1, Layer 2, infrastructure, payments, tokenization, and emerging blockchain sectors

• Monitor portfolio performance, market conditions, volatility, concentration, and exposure

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on digital assets and blockchain projects

• Identify emerging Web3 sectors, protocols, and investment themes

• Track regulatory, technological, and market developments affecting digit
