Overview of the Team

The IT Support team, based in New York, Madrid, and Kuala Lumpur, provides advanced technical support to internal users across the global organization. Serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues, the team delivers effective troubleshooting, root cause analysis,



and timely resolution through close collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors. This role will contribute specialist systems administration expertise while collaborating with regional colleagues, general IT teams, and external vendors to improve platform stability, standardisation, automation, and the overall employee technology experience.

Role Overview:

The Corporate Systems Administrator manages IPC’s end-user platforms and business-critical applications, combining escalated technical support with SaaS, identity and access, and endpoint administration. Working with global IT teams and vendors, the role improves system reliability, security, compliance, automation, and the employee technology experience.
