We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Freelance Virtual Studio Assistant to support our growth, manage our CRM, and assist with social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Outreach & Lead Generation
- Target Brand Identification
: Research, filter, and contact target profile retail and hospitality brands. Register all actions in the CRM file of the studio.

2. Social Media Management
- Content Pipeline Management
: Manage and maintain the ongoing social media content workflow.
- Script & Post Drafting
: Draft engaging post copy and video scripts aligned with brand voice.
- Visual Graphic Creation
:



Design on-brand visual graphics for digital channels.
- Video Editing
: Edit short-form video content tailored for social platforms.
- Content Scheduling & Distribution
: Manage weekly publishing schedules across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Google Business Profile, and blog posts.

3. General Administration
- Document Drafting
: Use Google Business Suite to draft or update templates and working documents for the studio.

Required Skills & Experience:
- CRM & Outreach Experience
: Proven track record in managing B2B lead generation pipelines, specifically targeting luxury, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Tech Stack Proficiency
:
- CRM & Productivity
: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Notion.
- Design & Video Editing
: Canva (Pro preferred), CapCut.
- Automation
: AI tools (Gemini, Claude, or similar).
- Social Media Competence
: Experience writing, scheduling, and optimizing video/image posts across LinkedI
