? Help Desk Specialist - Barcelona Office ??? What we're looking for:

- Understanding of network technologies.
- Experience in setting up user workstations.
- Ability to work with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is mandatory.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Conversational Spanish at B1 level or higher is required.

?️ Your responsibilities:

- Install and configure office software.
- Work with Linux, Windows Server 2012–2019, and Mac OS.
- Prepare workstations for employees.
- Handle VPN, VLAN, LDAP, and AD tasks.
- Perform practical tasks, such as troubleshooting and diagnosing PCs, laptops, printers, UPS systems, access control systems, and other office equipment.

- ? Salary: €1,600–2,000 gross/month.

Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00.
