We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to help us continue evolving our SaaS product. You will join a highly skilled Product and Technology team, actively contributing to the development of new features and the continuous improvement of a platform used by thousands of customers every day. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality, scalability, and future evolution of the product.

Build backend solutions using Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including refinement, estimation, technical analysis, and delivery.
Take ownership of your developments end-to-end, ensuring quality standards and best practices are followed.
Strong experience as a Backend Developer with Ruby on Rails.
Focus on code quality, testing, and software development best practices.
Advanced level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
