Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits & Talent Operations Intern will support the day-to-day administration of Compensation & Benefits processes, employee data management, reporting activities, and Talent Operations initiatives.



The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Reward, HR Operations, People Analytics, and continuous process improvement while contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services.
Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates.
- Maintain benefit-related databases and records.
- Assist with vendor coordination and resolution of employee benefit inquiries.
- Help monitor benefit utilization and participation metrics.

Talent Operations Support
- Assist with the administration of leaves of absence, part-time arrangements, and other employee status changes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Monitor and manage shared Talent mailboxes, ensuring appropriate routing and follow-up of requests.
