Independent Business Development Partner – AI Advertising Production

AI Creative Lead is an AI production company creating and scaling advertising with generative AI.

We produce complete advertising campaigns in 10 working days, high-volume content for multiple markets and languages, and broadcast-ready films without traditional shoots.

We are looking for experienced independent Business Development Partners who already sell into advertising agencies, production companies and brand marketing teams — and want to add AI advertising production to their commercial portfolio.

What you do

· Open doors with advertising agencies, brands and marketing decision-makers in your market.

· Bring qualified opportunities and briefs to AI Creative Lead.

· We create the treatment, proposal and production solution and work with you to close the account.

· Maintain the commercial relationship while we handle creative direction, production, delivery and quality.

How you earn

· 15% commission on net fees actually collected from accounts you originate during their first 12 months.

· 20% commission on collected net fees above €100,000 per account per 12-month period.

· Paid within 15 days of AI Creative Lead receiving the corresponding client payment.

· No commission cap.

· Net fees exclude VAT, taxes and third-party costs passed directly to the client.

Terms

· Independent Business Development Agreement.

· No salary, retainer or fixed fee.

· Non-exclusive for both parties.





· Initial 3-month collaboration period, renewable.

· Remote and international.

· You remain free to represent other non-conflicting companies and maintain your existing clients.

Who fits

· You have personally opened agency or brand accounts before.

· You currently sell B2B services into advertising, creative production, media, marketing or related industries.

· You already have relationships with agencies, brands, marketing directors, producers or procurement teams.

· You understand briefs, media plans, campaign production, versioning and/or broadcast deliverables.

· Professional English required. Additional languages are an advantage.
