Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the development, stability, and continuous improvement of SGS’s Hyperion, Essbase, and related EPM platforms. You work with business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions while upholding coding, architecture, security, and performance standards. You will oversee maintenance, metadata, and reporting components, and contribute to platform upgrades and ERP transformation initiatives. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee development activity to ensure alignment with SGS and market standards
• Validate technical designs and ensure deliverables follow architecture, security, and coding guidelines
• Assess and validate partner development estimates
• Ensure compliance with SGS technical standards and quality in applications development
• Monitor 2nd/3rd line support and collaborate with AM teams, users, infrastructure, and Oracle outsourcer
• Participate in service meetings and drive improvement plans
• Manage issue resolution according to escalation procedures
• Conduct regular service quality checks on incidents and requests with improvement plans
• Maintain access and security configurations in line with audit controls
• Oversee monthly maintenance activities:



metadata, member lists, FX rates, rules, validations
• Support year-end rollover and financial closing activities
• Oversee technical architecture activities like patching, backups, and copies with DBAs and infrastructure teams
• Collaborate with infrastructure, architects, delivery managers, and outsourcers for SGS initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Hyperion or related EPM products (Financial Planning u0026 Budgeting, Enterprise Data Management u0026 Essbase, Financial Consolidation u0026 Closing, EPM Technical Architecture)
• Strong hands-on EPM development experience (rules, calculation scripts, metadata, reporting)
• Experience supporting and maintaining enterprise EPM applications
• Oracle EPM Cloud experience preferred
• Experience with EPM upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives preferred
• Strong ITIL understanding
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical concepts for diverse audiences
