Click&Boat; is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space. We are a talented team of techies, creatives, marketers, closers and customer advocates who spend each day pushing the boundaries of technology to make buying, selling & renting boats easy. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.
We are entering an established market with strong local players, with a clear ambition: become the #1 boat rental marketplace in the US within the next few years.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution behind that growth, leading two product squads dedicated to the US market.




Decision Making You're comfortable making decisions with 40-70% of the information, using data to guide you without waiting for perfect certainty.
# Cross-Cultural Collaboration You will work closely with tech, design, operations and senior leadership, bridging our European teams with the realities of the US market.
# English You are fluent or bilingual in English.

Fluency in French and/or Spanish
Breakfast every Tuesday morning;
~ A welcoming office in Barcelona, next to the centrally located Cathedral and just a 20-minute walk from the sea;
~ Hybrid role based in Barcelona, with 3 days per month spent in Paris - around 6 to 9 trips per year.
