Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Engineer to join our team for a major construction project in Saudi Arabia .

The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical supervision, coordination, and management of ICT and ELV systems on site , ensuring that construction and installation activities are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, schedules, and project requirements.

⚠️ This position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires availability to relocate and work on-site in the Kingdom.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Supervise and coordinate ICT and ELV systems works throughout the construction phase.
- Review and interpret ICT drawings, specifications, design documents, method statements, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
- Monitor ICT installation activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Review and coordinate technical submittals, shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate their resolution with the relevant project stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress, quality,



and performance of ICT and ELV works on site.
- Ensure that ICT installations are executed in accordance with project requirements, approved designs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate the installation and integration of systems such as structured cabling, data and voice networks, fiber optic systems, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, network infrastructure, CCTV, access control, public address, IPTV, and other ELV/ICT systems , as applicable to the project.
- Coordinate ICT interfaces with electrical, mechanical, architectural, civil, security, and other multidisciplinary systems .
- Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and handover activities where applicable.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review testing and commissioning procedures, inspection requests, test reports, and system documentation.
- Monitor the implementation of ICT and ELV systems in accordance with relevant international standards, project specifications, and authority requirements.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, inspection records, and relevant project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE, quality, ICT, ELV,



and technical requirements throughout the construction process.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT Engineering, or a related engineering field .

LANGUAGES:

- Proficiency in English is required.

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in ICT, ELV, Telecommunications, or related engineering fields, preferably within large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience in site supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, and technical coordination of ICT and ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications, networking, and ELV systems.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience reviewing ICT/ELV technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and testing & commissioning documentation .
- Strong understanding of relevant international standards and industry practices for ICT and ELV systems.
- Experience in large-scale residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with major ICT/ELV systems and their integration within complex buildings or developments will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills.
