IT Project / Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project / Program Manager to provide dedicated leadership and coordination support across the Project workstreams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale technology transformation programme, working closely with infrastructure, cloud, architecture, and business teams to drive successful delivery.

As the Project Manager, you will ensure effective planning, governance, stakeholder management, and execution of technology-related activities while coordinating multiple technical teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project management activities across Project workstreams
- Coordinate delivery across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency, and Architecture teams
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Track programme progress and ensure alignment with implementation schedules
- Facilitate governance meetings and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical and business teams
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and cost governance activities
- Drive collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and project sponsors
- Ensure project controls and reporting standards are consistently maintained

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager within large-scale technology transformation programmes
- Strong experience coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to manage project dependencies, milestones, and delivery plans
- Background in infrastructure transformation, cloud migration,



or datacentre modernisation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent meeting facilitation, reporting, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of project governance, planning, and reporting frameworks

Preferred Experience
- Experience delivering AWS, hybrid cloud, or public cloud transformation programmes
- Understanding of:
- Infrastructure and networking
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Backup and resiliency solutions
- Storage and compute environments
- Experience with application migration or service transition programmes
- Banking, financial services, or regulated industry experience
- Ability to effectively engage with both highly technical teams and senior business stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
- Strong project governance, RAID management, planning, and reporting expertise
- Experience preparing executive updates and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacentre, or application migration programmes is highly desirable
- Banking or financial services experience is advantageous
