What You Can Expect

The Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS) is integral to the daily management of any successful sales region.
The role is responsible for working alongside the Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Manager to service hospitals and provide technical support to all the stakeholders within our customer base.




To ensure that the whole experience of using Zimmer Biomet products and services to the complete surgical team is free flowing and without difficulties or problems securing high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Additionally, the CSS will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products attending surgery as necessary to provide real-time support to cases.
How You'll Create Impact
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Giving Technical Advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet products
- To provide all the necessary training in the use of Zimmer Biomet products
- Sales lead generation with Platinum & Silver customers.
- Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock.
- Provides onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives.
- Follow all internal communication and doc
