Customer Care Manager
to help us support the next stage of that journey across
Spain and Latin America

This is not simply a customer support position.

It is an opportunity to become a key relationship owner for an international SaaS business that is already delivering its technology across
27 countries
, helping organisations digitise operational processes, improve safety and compliance, automate workflows and turn operational data into meaningful insight.

Our Spanish-speaking footprint is becoming increasingly important to our integral business. We have successfully implemented across
136 sites in Spain
, alongside operations in
four Spanish-speaking Latin American countries
, with further opportunity for regional expansion. We also operate in
Brazil
, creating an exciting opportunity for candidates who additionally speak Portuguese.





THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone based in Spain who can become a trusted point of contact for our customers across Spain and Latin America.

You will build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, support successful adoption of the Connected Safety Net platform and work closely with our international implementation, service, development and commercial teams.

But there is another side to the role.

We want someone who can spot opportunity.

Someone who enjoys talking to customers, understands their operations and can identify where Connected Safety Net could solve additional problems, support more locations, introduce new digital processes or expand into other parts of their organisation.

As our footprint grows, we want this person to grow with it.
