At ahead, we're looking for a
Senior Frontend Engineer
who wants to help us further develop our SaaS platform and explore how an
AI-first approach
can change the way we build software. We're actively experimenting with new tools and ways of working. Some are already part of our daily development, others we're still figuring out. What matters to us is being open to trying new things, keeping what works and challenging what doesn't.

What you'll do
- Build and ship.
Develop and continuously improve our intranet SaaS platform, used by organizations to connect, engage and inspire their employees.
- Take ideas to production.
Turn concepts into working solutions – from early exploration and prototyping through implementation, testing and release.
- Build AI-first.




Use AI throughout your development workflow to explore ideas, write and review code, test, debug and document.
- Work with leading AI development tools
such as Claude and Codex and evaluate new technologies and approaches as they emerge.
- Help shape the product.
Work closely with product management and the wider team to understand problems, challenge assumptions and define solutions – not just implement predefined tickets.
- Improve how we build.
Experiment with new technologies, tools and workflows that can help us move faster, improve quality or build a better product.

Our current technology stack includes
React, TypeScript, Jest, Next.js and Microsoft Azure
– but our stack is not set in stone. We continuously evaluate the best technologies and tools available.
