We operate a small team of 15 people and our main focus is on helping older dogs live longer. As a growing, performance-driven company, we place a heavy emphasis on how our ideas show up in the real world — especially through the creatives that drive our growth.

What you’re applying for

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to play a central role in our growth engine.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, copy, and creative execution. Your role isn’t just to make things look good — it’s to develop ideas that perform and scale.

In your first 3–6 months, success means:
- Driving creatives that improve performance across campaigns
- Generating new angles, hooks, and concepts that resonate
- Elevating the overall quality and clarity of our ads





You’ll work closely with the team to turn ideas into high-performing outputs quickly and consistently.

What you’ll own
- Ad account management with a seasoned media buyer along side
- Development of ad concepts across static + video
- Translating insights, angles, and copy into clear creative direction
- Iterating on top-performing creatives to improve results
- Using real-world inputs (Reddit, reviews, UGC) to make ads feel native
- Supporting a high-volume testing pipeline with new variations

What you’ll do
- Create and refine ad concepts that balance clarity, creativity, and performance
- Identify and build on winning patterns (80/20 thinking)
- Work across copy, visuals, and structure — not in silos
- Improve creatives based on feedback and performance data
- Push for better ideas, not just more output
